Masculine & Feminine Energy

Wholeness: embody and align equally with our balanced masculine and feminine aspects.
Yin and yang emblem in the clouds, illustrating the concept of opposites complementing each other.
Collectively, we are embodying the sacred feminine while embracing the sacred masculine. There has been such a struggle between these polarizing energies. The masculine has been rejected because of the pain and destruction it has inflicted on the planet. Just the same, the feminine has been rejected because it has not been seen as an equal counterpart to the masculine. We are all here at this time to heal this inequality. The masculine we have been witnessing since the dawn of time has not been the sacred/balanced masculine. It has been the wounded masculine. The masculine needs the embodiment of the sacred feminine to return to its state of sacredness. The feminine needs the masculine to be held accountable in order for the possibility of embodiment.

Understanding, seeing and feeling masculine and feminine energy in the body is my greatest offering. I did not seek it out, it came to me and now it entirely guides my bodywork and has been a main influence to: Alignment Therapy. We are here to experience wholeness and for this to be possible, we all must embrace and embody masculine and feminine energy. We all have masculine and feminine energy regardless of gender. The goal is to embody both the masculine and feminine energy. Increasingly, children are being raised to embrace both their masculinity and femininity despite their gender. Increasingly, children are also being supported in identifying how they see themselves and we have a growing support for non-binary and trans youth. This is a big leap forward for humankind and it remains important that we all learn to embrace our masculine and feminine energy aspects.
